CAN NOT COPY FILES FROM HARD DISK TO MY IMMATION HDD ENTERTAINER

I HAVE 2 TB IMMATION HDD ENTERTAINER BUT I CANNOT COPY FILES FROM PC OR OTHER HARD DISK TO MY MEDIA DRIVE ALSO WHEN I CONNECT IT WITH PC OR LAPTOP ITS SHOWING NOTHING PLEASE IS THERE SOME ONE KNOW PLEASE TELL ME
If you are using USB cables, the power may not be enough for your External HD. Try to find USB cables with two Standard A Plug(which you will connect to your two USB ports) and the other end(Mini-B plug). HTH
Check the USB cable that you're using. USB Drives come with USB cables that have two connectors. One of the connectors have a thicker cable than the other. Make sure that you're using the thicker cable to connect it to the PC. Do you also have a separate power supply for the HDD? USB HDD initializes after the USB connection is made. Always make it a habit of connecting the Power Supply first and then the USB connector to the PC. USB HDD is very sensitive to power supply failure while in operation. I cannot go in details about how to configure the HDD for easy operation (power supply failure tolerance). If nothing happens, your USB unit, the HDD media or both may have failed.
What OS are you using? Did you already detected the External HD on your Computer? Any Error Message you have encountered?
Be sure your computer is compatible with the external hard drive you purchased. The out side of the box or the instruction sheet that comes with your external hard drive should let you know if it is compatible.
How do you connect the External Drive to your Hard disk? Are you using USB Cables?
