BlackBerry 8520 :: Qtel Offer :: Incoming Calls/Contact Names

Dear Guys!
I recently Bought BlackBerry 8520 from Qtel Offer.
I am a Die-hard User of Nokia Smart Phones.
I have 3000 Contacts in my Nokia.

I copies all to Outlook and from Outlook I transfered
to my New BlackBerry 8520.

the Problem is that I am getting Calls and I can
see only the Numbers No Names.

The Numbers are saved in 03 ways in my mobile

555-6677
+974-555-6677
00974-555-6677

the contact NAMES are not appearing,

Please Help me, My life is in a MessUp without
NAMES of my Contacts.
