Al Khaliji bank donates to Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of Special Needs
On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, Al Khaliji bank had donated to the Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of Special Needs.
The donation was represented by Talib Afifa, a member of the Board of Directors, falling within the bank’s CSR program and longstanding commitment to persons of special needs.
The Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of Special Needs is a non-profit organization that aims at the social, mental, academic, and healthy rehabilitation of people with special needs that is commensurate with the Islamic principles, traditions, customs, and peculiarities of the Qatari society.
Moreover, it provides an equal manner of care to all residents of the State of Qatar irrespective of one’s financial level.
According to Rana Al Asaad, Head of Personal Banking at Al Khaliji bank, “We proudly support the Qatar Society for Rehabilitation of Special Needs for their extremely valuable work towards the welfare of our communities, especially during Ramadan.
Their mission has contributed heavily to the wider social, physical, and mental wellbeing of the Qatari society over the years. We are pleased to support such a cause which shares Al Khaliji’s values and commitment to the overall development of society in line with the human and social development pillars of the Qatar National Vision 2030.”
