I think you knew what kind of counrty you were coming to and what you can and can't do here from your other questions!! Maybe you should have got it done back in the US.
I think you would struggle to find a shop to do this, your best bet is to ask anyone you see with sort of thing where they got it done. I would think it would be done privatly. Good luck
