I am one of the victim with royal regis scam
They are polite when you take a package and you can see their true colors post package days.
kindly advice or help me to get a refund and guide me how to raise a complain and what i need to get ready with after raising complain.
Please join me if you are one of the victime and make a complaine toghether, by this we can save others to get scammed.
Civil Defense is no place to go to with such issues. Your problem lies beyond their scope of work. You may give a try by visiting the police at the Central Police Station and see if they can help you out. You can approach them with a letter written out in Arabic detailing your issue along with copy of receipt of your payment. .
Just for my information, how much money did you lose?

They are the scammer and you will see no employee in office in business hours except a office boy.

I have never fallen into their trap or been scammed. I wrote on the basis of posts that appeared at QL from the people who fell a victim to these scammers when they appeared several years back.
My experience is quite similar to yours. I paid for a total package which included my family expenses but they failed to neither provide the service or return my money. Thanks to huttonchurchill@Ýahoo.com that came to my rescue
It is just unfortunate that you became a victim of their scam. These people have been operating their scam for several years now. Previously, they operated under the name of Gulf Gate Tourism. People wrote about their experiences at Qatar Liiving. They then shut down their business only to reopen under a new name several months later when things had cooled down a bit. But then another lot of people fell a victim to their scam. They shut down their business again. Now they have reemerged once again.
From what I recall, during the earlier incidents, people did not succeed in getting their money back. These crooks know all the tricks of the trade to keep themselves out of the reach of the law. If you have their receipt of payment, you may lodge a complaint at the Sharia Court. Possibly, their account may get blocked. Take the support of a lawyer if the amount is considerable. But remember, it would take you several months before the court gives its verdict.
