Working visa without RP

what to do if the company dont want to give exit permit? i have checked the MOI on visa approval it says the sponsors ID is expired since february 25, 2014? and also before i had my current visa now, i have a 3 months expired visit visa, I gave them the money to pay the penalty. how can i be sure if they really pay the penalty? now when im trying to check in MOI in visa enquiry, when i type my passport it shows my current working visa and not the old one. does it mean my old visa is already closed? thank you.

its very clear if u don't have RP u can just leave the country with exit permit and can come back...

But i think they are not interested to proceed with my RP, im planning to go back to philippines and just return with another visa from another sponsor. so are you saying i really need an exit permit even without an RP? I've talked to the PRO and always saying they will give NOC and exit permit but its been almost 2 months.. my visa will expire on april 5th.

Exit Permit must to leave this country if RP done or not. once 3 month cross each day 10 qr penalty for overstay without RP. its completely company cost, no need you to pay this money if they are delaying your RP. to come back again no need NOC if they didn't pay your RP fee. Just Exit and come back with new visa for another company. I hope this comment will help you....
