worked for 11 months, has contract of 2 years with company, can i resign now? and come back on another visa if company ban me? my nationality india

Am from india and my first QID is going to expire on 28/6/18, i want to resign the current job because i dont like to work here in this company because my employer put much pressure on me and i dont like to work. so if i give the resignation letter to him and go back to india, my current employer can ban me for remaining contract period? and can i come to qatar if another company provide me visa.

please help me and answer my questions

I am not sure but I think you will have to face the ban of four years. Check with someone who knows about the issue.
