Wish to give away cooked food

I have some cooked, plain white rice (India Gate basmati rice) sufficient for 8-10 people. I wish to give it away. Please advise any organisation in Qatar or any person in need (I will reach out to them). I don't want to waste food.

Hope to get some quick responses/helpful advises.
