will i loose the car warranty if i replace the factory fitted car head unit?

i bought an Mitsubishi Eclipses Cross which has an outdated car stereo. with no functionalities like navigation or android auto or apple car play.  so i just want to replace it with an android head unit. if i do that will affect the warranty? 

let me know if anybody has some suggestions about the shops who do this.
