what is the procedure to join qatar police army etc

my nationalty is pakistan. now in qatar on family visit. what is the process criteria to join qatar police and army (lekhweya) etc. hope you people help me thank you.

if you speak arabic you can join easily contact with the person who are already working there as there are lot of Pakistanis who are working in Police,army,Naval etc
