Hello,

There is a guy cleaning in my building who is going for holydays next October. He told me he will stay in his country (Nepal) and will not come back. He thinks to stay 2 years in there and then come back.
I would like to give him an opportunity either in my company or any other... he earns QR 600 and he sacrifices a lot. Is very smart guy, sweet and responsible. Has driving license, computer skills, etc.
I just feel I can give him an opportunity but I do not really know how to do it because the confusing sponsorship and country laws.
I am not asking for a job opportunity for him... I can do it or I can ask other colleagues to do it.
His company only thinks in make profits with him... I dont know, I think many of us think the same.

I have good "friends" in the Government and foreign organizations and local companies... Could they help him with the release or any other way to keep him here?

Thank you very much and I hope this contributes to help many more people in needs.

Regards,

first ask the man what he really wants...if he is here just for the money and there is no way for you to keep him here and you can afford it, then give him enough money to start something back home on his own.

well thats really nice of you,

i advice you to speak with his sponsor if he doesnt mind giving release to him to join your company.
