Want to change bank from DohaBank

I want to share some frustration with Doha Bank, so many issues... and would like some suggestions.
There are few good things about Dohabank, but it fails in providing proper facilities as below.
-When company transfers salary, all my colleagues receive money in their account, and we DohaBank guys have to wait and wait, and we are always last.
-Online Internet "Click" card is big problem, thou it should be very useful but when you refill internet card, it takes days be available for online purchase. Actually that defeats the purpose of shopping online. If you like something online, you refill your card and you should be able to buy, but we have to wait for 2 days. (This card has yearly fees too).
-India Axis bank (collaborated with Doha Bank) employees here in Doha are very rude and unhelpful.
-When i make purchase from ATM Debit card, the money is deducted from saving account, i would have preferred current account, but may be everywhere its like this and this may not be Dohabank fault.
I am looking to change the bank, where my salary will be transferred, do all the banks are like this in Doha? I am not looking for good customer service or something, I just need good facilities provided by bank.
I just need good online internet card, salary to be transferred as fast as other banks do.
Is there any online internet shopping card, where i can refill and use it directly. I dont have and want credit card, please.
From India point of view, is there any bank that is collaborated with good Indian bank?

All of your answers are there in the question my dear ...If you use Doha bank credit card instead of click card you can use all the benefits from the same ...Almost all the banks other than QNB delivering the salary by 28th of each month ...The most rude and useless customer care you can find in Mashreq bank ....Best online remittance rates to india provided by Doha bank ,kindly compare your friends ...forget about indian bank collaboration ...just think about deposit benefits from nationalised banks ....Apply a credit card ,wait for salary until 28th of every month ...you will be the happiest customer of Doha bank ....

For a fast salary transfer, open an account with the same bank that your company banks with.
So far I've had a good experience with QNB.
Good banking facilities, both Online and Offline, the best one is CBQ. (Commercial Bank).

regarding the ONLINE SHOPPING CARD , I am using THE GROUP card, it takes few hours , and some times half day for the money to be refilled . but I am satisfy with it .
