Visit Visa Application Denial Due to Labour Contract
I am writing to seek advice on this case. My wife just delivered a baby through cesarean section surgery but unfortunately, the surgery wound is opening again because we have no one to help us take care of the baby, she has to do it herself which causes her to stree the wound beyound normal especially while bathing the baby, something I can't do - I can't bahe a 2-week old baby. (But I assist in other things)
I tried to apply for visit visa for my wie's mother but the application was not accepted because my contract has not been registered at the ministry of labour. I tried to register the contract but I was told to go and write the MMUP exam for engineers. I wanted to write the exam but My university was not listed on the website therefore, I was not allowed to write the exam meaning I can not register my labour contract and then I can't apply for visa.
Please I need advise on what to do to save my wife from being readmitted to the hospital at this rate.
Thanks.
Hi sir you can proceed to any immigration department and ask captain and explain him about your case and he will help you to issue visa .
