VISA TRANSFER

Hi,

I have friiend that have a problem.. she came here on Visit visa.. the she find a job and she transfer to company visa.. but still not go for medical and finger print as well.. now something happened is her office and because of that she want to resign from her job in that office..

My question is she can transfer to other company visa without NOC? since she is not yet transfered to resident?

She has been applied a WORK VISA APPLICATION by the company so they can legally process all the requirements (medical and fingerprinting) before being issued a WORK VISA. She cannot transfer to any company unless the WORK VISA APPLICATION has expired or has been cancelled.

Since she has not done her medical and finger print so far, it means that the work visa has not been stamped on her passport yet. I believe she is still a "free bird" and could join another company. Other QLers who are experts in this field, should be able to guide to you better.
