visa advice

My 3 month tempory visa already expired since 2 months,i came here working visa and if i exit from qatar for emegency purpose my visa sponsership will cancel or not.???I already finish finger printing by not proceed my visa or stamp on my passport. if i exit for emegency is it possible to proceed my permant visa by my sponser company??

this stage cant I exit without permanent id??coz I got a new job. this stage I think if I exit from country I can cum by my new sponsors visa..i heard I can exit paying a penalty fee.

You need to finish first the process of you Working Visa. or you need to have Resident ID first before you exit in qatar.
