Traveling to Saudi by car (April 2021)

Has anyone travelled to Saudi by car recently? That is after the borders have opened and during this pandemic?

What are the procedures provided that you have a visa to travel to Saudi.

Details needed about car insurance, fees if any to be paid at the border, other precautions and requirements if any apart from the negative PCR test etc.

I am an expat by the way.
