Coming to Qatar as a tourist and then getting involved in a criminal complaint is quite unusual. I think Qatar is better off without you.

You have no other option left. Unless, you are involved in some serious crime and you are hiding from the police, why are you afraid? They are the only people I believe who can let you know the status if you can exit Qatar. Alternatively, there may be a possibility of you getting arrested, placed in the deportation center, and then sent home on the first available flight. You should be mentally prepared for this.

Suggest you go to the Central Police Station locate at Crazy signal. They should be able to give you the information. Go with your passport. If they tell you there is no ban against your leaving Qatar, tell them about your visa expiry and ask them how you could exit Qatar as there are no flights.
