Transfering sponsor

helow to everyone!!!

I need some advice!!

My problem is! Our company release us gave us noc and dign the transfer sponsor paper!

But the problem when the pro for my new sponsor submit all the documents in imigration they said that cannot teansfer because my previous company is closed and block listed!!

We went to cid the cid said we must to open the computer card for old company but we cant do it because ny sponsor from my previous company is in the jail!!

Please help and advise what im gonna do

contact labor dept. they talk to your old company and labor dept give you NOC. Through that NOC you can work in new company until problem solved.

There is No option, Only Human rights can give you right direction of your Transfer. Yup ask first to your Labor Embassy...! Good luck!
