Traffic violation black points removal from system

Hi friends,

I have 2 different black points traffic violation tickets Last year. The first one was on 18-May- 2018 -3 points and next one is on 24- Ocotber 2018- 4 points. Total 7 ponts.

Yesterday , I checked the MOI site, all the 7 points are still shown.

My understanding was that, after completing one year from the date of offence, the associated points shall get removed automatically and hence the 3 points fined against the first offence committed on 18-may 2018 would have been removed by yesterday . But website shows all the 7 points.

Please reply if anyone knows the exact law
