Theft of IPhone

My Iphone (16GB) was stollen (theft) somedays ago. and i complained to Police also.i already registred the Phone with Apple company. i done't know how to trace my phone if somebody uses. Pls advise me on this matter if someone knows about this.
your advices will be very useful to me and thank those people for kind initiatives.
