Temporary driving license

Hi am from UAE and am currently on 'on arrival visa' and I got a job that I am going to join next month in Qatar.Before that I need to take a temporary driving license, so that I can take a rental vechicle as soon as I land in Qatar.

Kindly help me by how I can take temporary license since the rules are changed. Please note that I have UAE driving license.

Yes am now resident UAE, but am coming to Qatar next month since I got new job.
