Morning, can anyone help me, I need to contact someone at the supreme council of health to arrange a meeting to discuss a business proposal concerning people with special needs. I have tried sending an email but it bounced back, the website is not responding this morning so can't find any other contact details.

and arrange for appointment.
They dont visit ql to look for business proposals.
