Sponsorship transfer taking very long
hi Everyone,
My application has been in immigration dept for one and a half months. I am moving to another bank in qatar after having served more than 5 yrs with my previous employer. CEID and labour approvals have been obtained. Is there any change in rules this year? can anyone advice...

In my openion, after five years there is a sms message to be sent to a certaing number from your present PRO VIA his mobile. It'll release your visa status for next five years.
How ever this can not be problem, as if you submitted all documents correctly the Visa change take place hopefully before a month time if i am not wrong. (Wihtout further visa extension)
Then (Refer the first paragraph).
On other waords, your visa will be only changed wihtout any further stamping or renewal.
