Hello,

Well now a days, this is a serious problem faced by hundreds of companies, who are unable to pay the penalties and are blocked by the CID for any govt. transactions.

Previously they were unblocking such companies on a temporary basis for a few days, allowing to do the essential transactions like transfer of sponsorship, but now, it is blocked. As a result, the employees are hugely suffering without their FAULT AT ALL. Therefore they have to go out of the country for good, and come again on a new visa to a new company.

Unfortunately, none is looking at this in order to fix it.

Honestly there is a need to give a waiver of penalties to the companies against some assurances so that they could restart their business and take care of their workers.
