Now it's been two weeks since I spoke to my employer I have all things ready to join the company.

Now my question is

1.How to proceed further?

2.Should I wait till my employer responds?

3.A word about Qatari people and how to behave with them in caution since I am new to Qatar.

I don't know how to proceed further; I'd just contact her or the company representative and see if they have any news; as for your question about dealing with qatari people; there is nothing to be cautious about; they are mostly normal, simple and friendly people just like anyone else and you don't need to be cautious about anything; the only thing I'd mention is that maybe you should maintain a more distant and formal approach when talking to the ladies; in India, we are used to interacting with our women more freely but it's just a little bit more formal here; just don't get too close or try to shake hands and small details like that; I know that you're trying to understand the local culture and that's great; but don't worry; there are many nationalities here and we all get along and understand each other just fine. Best of luck with everything :-)
