is it posible that i can transfer to another company even my 2 years contract is not finnish yet?? im 1 year and 1 month now working in this company,, im planning to shif to other company,, can anyboby give me some advise!!!! how if my employer not agree to my desicion,,thks!!!!!!
since we need an NOC to transfer from one company to another here in Qatar...
- if your current employer will not issue an NOC for you...
- if you are not happy with your job...
better transfer to UAE, Bahrain or any other country in the GCC if you want... get a visit visa and start a new life... get a new work... hope for the best...
its better to do it now that your Qatar visa has expired (if its not renewed yet) so that your present employer will not ask you to pay for it...
all you need to do is, pay your ticket going out of Doha (and of course your visa to your country of destination)... remember your company has to pay all the "sums" due to you 1 day before your last day with them.
dont forget to submit your resignation letter ASAP, as you have to give 1 month notice to your company...
dont worry if your company will not issue an exit permit for you (which they're suppose to give) the Human Rights Council can give you one...
if your company will not give you your passport... let the CIDG get it for you...
if you want consult at the Human Rights Council in Salwa Rd. i think they're open from 8am-1:30pm Sun-Thu... or call 4444 012
KNOW YOUR RIGHTS.... BE SAFE.... BE FREE.... BE HAPPY....

"I will never become just a mere memory"
1) depends on your initial term of contract, you cannot change till it is complete and then you need an NOC from your current sponsor,
2) depends on how big the company you are migrating to, due to qatarization.
no chance w/o the NOC fromcurrent employer
But i'd like to find out that if the current employer has no objection than can the immigration or any other govt dept still have a problem?
