There was a time when Sarees were part of Pakistani dress. Unfortunately along with other things Sarees too became victim of religious fanaticism there.

I do not believe that you will be able to find sarees made in Japan or Singapore. Most sarees available in the market are of Indian make.You could also try at Bombay Bazaar besides checking at LuLu.
