Salary problem & NOC
hi all... I'm working in Qatar and its only from this January. still my visa has not stamped but i gave my finger prints. my visa (work visa) also got expired from April. now i decided to go back to my country and the company agreed to give the noc. so if i come back to Qatar am I going to ban for 02 years????
And also I'm not getting my salary on time. I need to collect all my pending money before i leave. what's the easy way to get my money back, as the manager is always keep postponing to give money. please help me with this. I'm in a big trouble.
NOC's has anyone actually ever seen one?
mishijos: You have heard it. I have seen it. In a company I know of which is run by members of family, I heard the money they "earn" through this and other means is siphoned to their home country where a hospital is being built so that when God's wrath comes down on them (and they fear it will), they can at least spend their remaining period of their life on a hospital bed free of cost begging God to release them from their sufferings. Death will be standing at the doors of their room laughing and mocking at them, refusing to enter, making them recall and repent each and every cruelty they had carried out in this world. I firmly believe when so many suffer, God does listen.
If you never received your RP, the RP never existed. after leaving the country the RP application is terminated(if not completed). so no ban

I Concur with @Acchabaccha, NOC is being sold in Qatar you want that, give this and take that, "it's Do or die style. or else malsalama...2yrs ban Pap!
acchabaccha, I have heard many stories with the same results.

WT: The rule of this game is simple-- "Take this or take that!" Of course there is no doubt a "freedom" of choice!!
NOC for sale? Is that the way it's going? It's against the law.
If they are giving you an NOC, your are lucky! However, there may be a catch to it here. While giving you the NOC, your manager may make you sign a documents confirming you have collected all your dues while he will not be paying you a single driham. This is how it usually gets done here. On the other hand, if you want all your dues before leaving, you may approach the Human Rights Committee or the Labor Office and they will help you out. If you do decide to to take the assistance of these two organizations, I guess your "manager" may not be so willing to give you NOC after you take this step. The decision is all yours now.
