Salary issue

Good afternoon, I am working in a company as a sales executive, my company make WPS system for salary, every month they deposite my salary in wps system and they withdrow after two days, they didnt give me wps card, last theree months i didnt receive salary , what i can do in that situation , is there any legal way ? please help me
Go to immigration .I once saw a post that if ur employer fails to pay u after a month and 15 days,u can go and look for job some other place and immigration will give u noc without stress just inquire and take action
It's quite normal in Qatar that salaries aren't paid. But you can still pray.
