Road trip to Dubai
I am planning to visit Dubai this weekend, after browsing the forum I made a check list of what paperwork needed for road traveling using my personal car:
1- Car is not financed (my own name), Check
2- Exit permits, Check
3- Double entry visas to KSA (please advise any agency that can help me in this)
4- Visa on arrival for an architect, need to double Check
5- Hotel reservations, check
My question is, do I need a Triptick, tripticket or whatever it is called? If yes any agency that can help me in this (plus the KSA visas)?
Any thing I missed/need to prepare/be aware of?
Also, any advises for the journey itself would be much appreciated.
Thank you ahead for your valuable responses.

Have you tried calling the Saudi Embassy? They should have an updated list.
I tried to call all agencies, especially Al Asayel, and all numbers are either fax machine or residence/personal :(
Any one got an updated contact numbers ?
the rates of visa n other expenses mentioned is as of 2-3 years old.it had changed now ,saudi visa will cost 135/- paer passport and an architect professional is eligible for an arrival visa -as far as i know!!. Your car even if its is under instalments with bank/or agency can still be drove down provided if u can obtain a NOC for the bank/agency.

There is an agency called "Al Asail" near Sana R/A. Their phone number is 44372784. They can help with the Saudi transit visa. I think the charge is like QR 135 per passport. I am not sure about visa on arrival for your profession but as Miss Mimi said, it is better to carry a letter (addressed to UAE immigration authorities) from your company
I don't know about the Qatar end, but on the UAE we needed a salary letter from our sponsor.
