Resignation

Hi,

I have resigned from my job after 9 months as my employer was misbehaving and using wrong words and even hit me.

now that I have resigned, he is not letting me go after the notice period of 30 days.... i m still serving the notice period of 30 days but he is saying he will not let me go till the company finds a replacement.

please suggest what can I do.

Forgive him, although this gentleman did 3 mistakes , one day he will regret it, for sure.

You can approach National Human Right Committee and lodge a petition with them. If the matter still remains unresolved, then file a complaint at the Labour Office.
