Thanks for your concern guys. it is good that I posted here. and to tell you the truth I was surprise with the comments and it is all helpful. It is not revenge at all. sometimes, you have to consider punishment is not at all a revenge since you have no benifit but, this might give someone a realization of the actions made. without punishment/discipline, it will get worse and affect more people. what do you think.
Try to be forgiveness, Do others as you would like them to use you. Don't try to reflect the negative things that you saw in movies in your daily life movie.

Kriz, Don't plan to punish , just forgive the person , talk to him / her , show your kind heart ... everybody makes mistakes ..... just forgive the person once for me ........... ..................... ....................
it depends on the situation.
you can contact police for any help but they will first investigate to find that to whom they should teach lesson. so be careful.
What did they do which was soo bad for you to be soo revengeful ?
If it is in office or work related go to your boss or HR management
If it is your neighbour, go to your land lord or building owner
If you are house employed, reprt direct to your sponsor
By and large for all, there needs evidence if not you will be in trouble.
