Are the rates of apartments shown in QL classifieds fixed? Or is there a scope of negotiation?

did anyone get a better deal from other than QL classifieds?

Any experiences/ help would be appreciated.

You can always negotiate. Some advertisers inflate their rents to get the maximum benefit.
