Renew Drivers License Info Needed

I am american and have a Qatar drivers license that is expired for more than 2 years. I have a NOC from my employer to get a new one. I want to renew my old one and not have to take any test. Can I go to the drivers license office with only a NOC, or should I take my PRO with me? What times are they open?

to renew u just need to pay 250 riyals but in ur case expired for more than 2 yrs u need to visit muroor n check with them
