I left my car with them twice, once for 2 days and another time for 3 days. They did not do anything and I had to take my car as it was. For an oxygen sensor that my car needed replacement, manager Mr. Abdullah told me to call him to get the right part#. After following up to get the part no. for my vehicle for nearly one week, I went to the shop directly. Mr. Abdullah forgot me totally and told me to go to Jaidah to get the part no. I reminded him about our conversation, he took my chassis details and mobile no. Said will call back tomorrow And that "tomorrow" never came!
