REGARDING BUSINESS VISA

I am working in a company with business work visa since last 4 months...Now i got a new job and, i want to go india . company holding my passport.. and , they are not giving exit permit and my passport...what the solution.?.if i exit from this country any type of NOC required for my new job?

I am working in qatar on residence visa since 3 years. Now I'm planning to cancel my visa. Can I come back to qatar in a visit visa without company NOC? ..please give me your advise.
