real estate business in qatar

how the olympic bid result gonna affect real estate business in the state?
are the property rates( buying/renting) goin to be the same or will hike up or will slash down?
kindly advice...

i really believe qatar realestate will go up now but in a slow and study manner ,people are now cautias and big players had learned from investing after the asiad so people who likes to make a long term investmwnt can go for it

i think the real estate market started to decline

This is my view and until real real estate offers exceed and go far beyond demand there is no hope to see any decline in prices ....

Same applies to schools, food, consumables .. etc

Basic economics principals ...
