Hi everyone,

I need some help or information regarding this matter. My QID was already expired since December 26, 2019. Already 90 days grace period is also finished last March 26 and now penalty should be ruuning. Before March 26 I gave my noc to transfer to my company but now it was hold because of the current situation. I want to know if the penalty is hold also or still im getting penalty everyday despite the current situation. Also can they still apply for transfer when immigration operations became normal?

Thanks for reply.

Don't go on the comment by Molten Metal. The lady often loves to misguide people posting at QL.

My suggestion is for you do to do bit of legwork. As for the query whether the immigration offices are working, try finding out through your friends and colleagues or through the PRO in your company or by calling them over the phone.

Are there immigration offices that still operate?

These are questions that can be answered best by the passport & immigration authorities people. Suggest you visit any of their offices and talk to the captain.
