Qatar police clearance delayed update in system

Hi! Does anyone here undergone same experience. I had a bounced cheque case that the bank filed and now it’s closed and cleared they said in prosecution department that my name is cleared and systems are updated but when checking in ceid office in system it’s still showing there’s case. I gave them certification from prosecution office that shows my case is cleared. They verified it and it was okay. They said i will wait overnight and check metrash tomorrow and i will be updated. Why it’s taking time for ceid department system to be updated but all other departments are already updated and they said it’s cleared and closed even i went to verdict execution office and they checked and said it’s closed and finished and updated but still in ceid system it’s still showing with case. Why is it delayed? Does anyone have an idea? Thanks for your answers.
