Public displays of affection in doha airport (transit area)

Hi all,

My gf and I will be flying in to Doha airport on separate flights, within an hour of each other. We will be in the transit area the whole time as we have a connecting flight a few hours later. I haven't seen her for a few months now. So my question is: how frowned upon are public displays of affection at the airport?

Normally I'd hold back but it has been quite a while since I have seen her..
