procedure of Power of attorney from Qatar

Hi all...
I am planning to buy a property in india and need a power of attorney.....in favour of my relative so to finsh the formalities with bank in india...can sumone suggest how can i make this power of attorneyy..in doha..

Don't forget to make a GPA only with a specific purpose like getting property registration transfered to your name in records,submit necessary papers to the bank for loans if any and payment must with the builder through Account payee only,do not mention that it can be sold,transfered, hypothicated,GPA must with a specific or limited functions and tenure must be fixed,

just call indian embassy they will help you in all possible way, for your solutionn it is the only way.
