Private Health Care

Hi Guys,

I am working in Qatar as an independent consultant to a bigger firm, much like I used to work in the UK as a contractor... same thing.

Because of this I don't get covered under the healthcare insurance the company I work for has, as I am not an 'employee'.

Has anyone been in the same position? I am currently using BUPA International but its costing me a small fortune at over £300/month. I need cover not just in Qatar, but also Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Can anyone recommend where I should I start looking?

There is no real cheap option here.

Check out Aviva or AXA

The best option would be to talk to your parent company.. I'm sure they can accomodate you if they wished
