my friend and her colleague had a heated argument and ended up throwing something on her face and pushing her, upon deliberation with the management she got nothing aside from the advised to forget everything, she decided to just end her employement with them and as promised they will give her a release but there is a rumor now that they will just cancel her even if she will not file a resignation they will find a way to terminate her.
