please help

can you please help me i m trying to add a post from morning... and when i post it says its not posted.. and its under moderate something..

then i noticed that the mobile no is no verified..

then as they request i requested a sms.. but this code is not working it says expires.. i m reciving the code after two hours

i treid many times i got 4 codes time to time still the same.. can anyone please help me.. this new qatar living site is really annoying..
