Please advise me .. my company boss told me verbally not through official mail or letter that my two years contract is job contract is going to be expired in May 11,2014 which will not be renewed next. So should i get NOC from my employer because I m not leaving ,the company releasing me.
I am not locally hired I am hired through overseas so please advise whether will I get NOC. because after my two year job contract expiring in this may 2014 company will not renew it so that means company releasing me I m not leaving or resigning.

Thanks Acchabaccha, this privilage is still in force for those who are locally hired against NOC, where by 3 times it is possible to change. One of my philipino friend when refused got it thro his embassy's involvement. End of the day, if there is no any bad record on the employee he is likely to get, with sponsors will.
Coxtown: I held the same view several months back when I was told by many that one can demand a NOC if he is locally hired. However, I later learnt this is not true and I got this information from some one who handles labor issues at a company. Several postings at QL have also confirmed the latter to be correct.
Were you recruited locally or overseas ? If locally you can demand for NOC if overseas, you can beg for it, no ther way.
Nonotpossibble
The issuance of a NOC is totally at the company's discretion. Just be nice with the management and hopefully they will give you a NOC.
