Permanent visa for new born baby who born in Qatar.

I have few queries:

1. What are all the documents required for baby's permanent visa who born in Qatar for adding baby into mother's sponsorship?

2. Is there any specific time period for applying visa ? Also need to know how much fine if we unable to apply visa within time period..

3. Is housing agreement to be attested?

Please reply.. because I'm getting different answers...

All the documents of Parents and Baby.

90 Days from the Baby's DOB.

Not required to attest the House Agreement.

You will get a visa for the baby if she/he is born here.
