PayPal - Fund Withdrawal

Has anyone tried transferring balances/funds from their PayPal account to their local bank account here in Qatar? I have tried to link my bank however it is asking for a routing number, I tried asking from my bank but have not received a response. I have no patience with the telephone banking as I am just going round in round in circles with the bot.

Tried to key in the IBAN and SWIFT on the routing number but it doesn't work.

I suspect the bank does not accept transfer just yet from these platforms??? Any suggestions on how I can encash the amount? Thank you to whoever responds :)

To withdraw funds from your PayPal is only possible if you have a foreign bank account.

Otherwise not possible in Qatar.
