open a retail in Doha

Hey guys,

I am a chinese female and am looking forward to move to doha and start a small retail business in Doha (mainly becoz of my finance is moving to here to work now).

Instead of finding a job for myseld, i am more interested in open my own beauty salon related retail shop here as i m quite experienced and skilled on this field.

So far i have read and known some basic rules/law of openning a business in Doha and i feel finding a reliable local qatari could be the key issue here. So if anyone has knowledge about starting up businese in Doha, could you please generously share some infor with me, eg, how could be ready to open a small retail or find a reasonable local person to be partner with.
