Ooredoo Internet Configuration

Well if you are like me, using a "Chinese brand" mobile phone then you might facing difficulty to setup your data connection using automatic setting messages sent by Ooredoo. Well I assume you are using Android. If so then follow these undermentioned steps and manually configure your mobile phone for Ooredoo internet.
Step 1: Go to Settings>Mobile Networks (or Cellular networks)>Access point names
** Sometimes Mobile Networks/Cellular networks option goes inside "More" menu. In that case go to...
Settings>More>Mobile Networks (or Cellular networks)>Access point names
Step 2: Select operator from Vodafone and Ooredoo. In that case it will be Ooredoo
Step 3: Now fill up the fields using given info...
APN - data
APN type - internet or default
MCC - 427
MNC - 01
Authentication - PAP
Port - 80 (it can be empty)
*Ensure Proxy, Server, Username, Password these fields are empty.
Step 4: Now go back to Settings. From Sim cards>Cellular data select Ooredoo.
Thats all. Now try to connect to the internet. Hopefully you would see sweet "H" around your 3G/4G icon! :)
Let me know if that doesnt work. I would try my best to help you to get connected to the internet. And as usual I would appreciate if you encourage me by pushing like button and asking/commenting on comment section. For any kind of help you can email me to at [email protected]. Take care and bye bye... :)
