well obviously it is in properly so when you blow your nose nothing will happen...

Anyway, just get a thorn and pierce. It's organic/herbal and therefore safe, as the herbal product fad stipulates....

one thing that bothers me though..

go to Atlas jwellery store in LULU Hyper market there they do piercing stuff it costs 30 qr for piercing and 10 riyals for the studs....
